3. Privacy Policy

GK Eurosport Inc. ("GK EuroSport", "we", "us", "our") operates gkeurosport.com (the "Site").
We primarily serve wholesale and business buyers. Certain eligible in-stock products may also be purchased in single-piece quantities.
3.1 Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, and account credentials.
- Order information: items ordered, quantities, prices, shipping method and order history.
- Quotation and enquiry information: everything you submit through a Request for Quote, Sample Request or custom/OEM enquiry, including any images, artwork, logo files or specification documents you upload.
- Payment information: transaction status, transaction identifiers, and the payer and delivery details our payment processor returns to us so that we can process, fulfil, support, refund or resolve disputes about an order. Your full payment card number is entered on PayPal's site, not ours. We do not receive or store your full card number, and we do not hold a stored card token for you.
- Website usage and analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, interaction events, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser identifiers, and similar analytics data.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, device information, and server and security logs.
- Cookie and consent preferences.
- Live chat data: if you use the chat widget, the messages and technical data you submit through it.
- Tax and resale documentation, where you provide it for tax-exempt purchasing.
3.2 How we use information
To fulfil orders; to respond to quotations and enquiries; to process payments and prevent fraud; to protect account and site security; for customer service; for accounting, tax and legal record-keeping; to support custom and OEM quoting and production; to understand and improve how the Site is used; and, where you have asked to receive them, to send marketing communications.
3.3 Payment processing
Card and digital wallet payments on the Site are processed by PayPal. To complete payment you are taken to PayPal's own approval page, where you enter your payment details.
PayPal acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects and handles that data under its own terms. See PayPal's privacy statement at https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.
Depending on the payment method used, we may receive from PayPal the transaction status and identifiers, payer contact or delivery information, and other information reasonably necessary to process, fulfil, support, refund or resolve a dispute about your order. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
3.4 Analytics, advertising and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Analytics loads only after you accept non-essential cookies. You can also opt out using Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
As at the date of this policy we do not run advertising or remarketing tags on the Site. We do not currently use Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising trackers. If we begin using advertising or remarketing technologies, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date before those technologies are enabled.
Some product pages include social sharing and follow buttons from Facebook, X (Twitter) and Pinterest. These load only after you accept non-essential cookies, and those providers may receive technical data when they load.
The live-chat widget described in section 3.1 loads on the Site so that support is available to you.
3.5 Email and newsletters
Order and account emails — order confirmations, quotation replies and account notices — are sent through our email service provider using our own gkeurosport.com mailbox.
Newsletter sign-ups are collected and stored in our own store system.
If you subscribe to our newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing shop@gkeurosport.com. We action unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and keep a record of unsubscribed addresses so that we do not contact them again for the same purpose. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked.
3.6 Sharing
We share personal information with:
- our payment processor (PayPal);
- shipping carriers;
- our hosting and infrastructure providers;
- our email service provider;
- our analytics provider (Google, for Google Analytics 4);
- our live-chat provider;
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and
- government or regulatory authorities where we are legally required to do so.
As at the date of this policy we do not use personal information collected through the Site for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We disclose personal information to the service providers and other recipients described above for the purposes stated in this policy.
If applicable law gives you a right to opt out of a particular processing activity, we will provide the mechanism required by that law where the law applies to us and to that activity.
Before we enable advertising or remarketing technologies, we will update this policy and our cookie controls to describe the processing actually used.
3.7 Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, according to these criteria:

3.8 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
You may contact us at shop@gkeurosport.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We verify requests as appropriate and respond as required by applicable law. We may also honour other reasonable requests at our discretion.
We do not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right where applicable law prohibits such discrimination.
3.9 Where we operate and who we serve
The Site is operated from the United States and its online checkout is primarily intended for customers in the United States. We may accept certain international business enquiries or transactions separately, through our sales team.
We do not currently target or market the Site to customers in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
3.9a Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at shop@gkeurosport.com so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, delete the information.
3.10 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
3.11 Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We will not apply materially broader uses of previously collected data retroactively without an appropriate legal basis or your consent.
