4. Payment and Shipping

Payment methods. PayPal and debit/credit cards are accepted at checkout. Card payments are processed through PayPal. Where PayPal makes guest checkout available, a PayPal account is not required. Bank transfer is available for established accounts; contact our sales team to arrange it.

Shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on U.S. orders of $100.00 or more.

Samples and single-piece orders. Eligible in-stock products can be ordered in single-piece quantities at the single-piece price. These are ordinary purchases and are covered by our Return and Exchange Policy. Separately quoted custom or OEM sample costs are non-refundable to the extent stated in your quotation.

International orders. Our online checkout is intended for customers in the United States. International business is handled case by case through a separate quotation — contact our sales team. For international shipments you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees unless your quotation says otherwise.
